Your mission @Musement

In TUI Musement we profoundly adopt Lean methodologies, continuously chasing our customers' satisfaction based on data, strategic initiatives, and continuous measurement. In the Digital Product Management team, as a Scrum Master, you will play a key role as a servant leader, managing the processes, supporting, and guiding Agile teams through success. You will be a change facilitator and excellent communicator, focusing on the removal of impediments, ultimately accelerating our progress to realizing customer value, as well as helping the whole organization shifting towards Agile practices through their continuous enforcement.

What you will do with us

  • Support the Product Manager in managing its Product Backlog, facilitating productive discussion with&across the development team to improve overall outputs' quality
  • Ability to track and remove impediments, helping the team in chunking epics and stories, reporting on the ability to deliver and shielding the team from non-prioritized distractions
  • Conflict resolution, focusing on values of openness, honesty, and respect, facilitating communication across and outside the team, tracking and removing impediments
  • Facilitating scrums events like sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings
  • Forecast deliverables within each iteration via the creation & coordination of reliable sprint plans, analyzing possible improvements in the way we work through retrospectives and demonstrating product increments via sprint reviews
  • Effective communicator, coaching individuals & teams in agile mindset, methodology, processes, and tools

What you are expected to bring

  • Expertise on agile development life-cycle and models, as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices
  • Knowledge of an agile software development framework ( Scrum, Kanban, XP, TDD...)
  • Knowledge of the value of metrics and incremental delivery.
  • Knowledge of the management of tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, etc
  • Capable of reporting progress and backlog management via JIRA and Confluence

What you already achieved

  • BSc in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent working experience
  • 3+ years in similar agile project management roles or scrum master roles either in Consulting, Services, TELCO or Tech Companies
  • Previous experience as a software engineer, quality assurance specialist, or tech project manager
