TUI Musement acts as an open platform for Tours & Activities suppliers and clients. Today TUI Musement offers over 130,000 ‘things to do’ in all major holiday and city destinations worldwide and is heavily investing into expanding its offering by connecting new suppliers. The inventory is distributed to all 21 million TUI customers, through B2B partnerships – such as the recently announced strategic partnership with Booking.com – and B2C through the Musement and TUI websites. The service was created to help travellers discover and book things to do – from museum visits to city tours, food and wine tastings, sports events and wellness activities – wherever they go, with the goal of enriching their travel experience. Previously known as TUI Destination Experiences, which included the independently operated Musement business, the new TUI Musement will create value for its suppliers and customers by rolling out a unique digital platform+ model, which combines a scalable digital platform for sourcing, producing and distributing Tours & Activities, with curated service delivery in more than 50 countries worldwide.

Your Mission @Musement

The Paid Marketing Automation SR Specialist plays a key role inside the performance marketing team. She/He ’ll be exchanging ideas, implementing technical solutions, and developing concepts for automation on a large scale of projects all within a very savvy central Performance Marketing Team. She/He will also support the Paid Marketing Team in managing paid marketing campaigns (SEM/Display)

What you will do with us

This position is ideal for a self-motivated, innovative and data-driven individual that has a willingness to learn enjoys problem-solving, and wants to build a career in an advanced technology company. Reporting to the Head of Performance, you will be responsible for all the technical projects to help the Paid Marketing team with improving the performance and the efficiency of the paid campaigns but also have a better internal process. You will be working within a 5 people team with the opportunity to own and develop cross-department projects.

What you are expected to bring

  • Knowledge of programming languages (for instance Python), SQL, and big query
  • Digital marketing analytics and campaign management experience with a focus on search and display
  • Experience with digital platforms, such as SA360, Google Ads, Google Analytics, YouTube, DSPs, DMP, Facebook, Twitter, etc..
  • Good understanding of marketing attribution models and bid management

What you already achieved

  • Bachelor Degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication, IT or similar
  • Understanding of programming languages and SQL
  • Experience managing a big amount of data and knowledge of SEM and Display activities
